How to use this tool
1 — Define dimensions & add competitors
Add your own X and Y axis dimensions in the Dimensions panel, or they load automatically from an example or Competitor Analyzer import. Scores use a 0–10 scale. Then click + Add competitor or import.
2 — Position bubbles
Drag any bubble to reposition it — axis scores update automatically. Edit a score in the table to move the bubble. Double-click a bubble to rename it. Set bubble size to market share in the panel above.
3 — Add & adjust group circles
Click “+ Add group” to place a circle, or click any empty spot on the map.

Move it: drag from anywhere inside the circle.
Resize it: drag from the circle’s edge (cursor changes to ↔).
4 — Name groups & add insights
Assign competitors to groups in the table. Name each group below the map, then fill in the Insights section and export to PDF.
