About the Founder

Dr. Sangbum Ro is a business strategy consultant with over 13 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex strategic challenges. He holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in strategic management and brings a thoughtful, research-grounded approach to leadership alignment and decision-making under uncertainty.

Sangbum’s work is informed by his experience as a business school faculty member, researcher, and advisor, bridging rigorous strategy thinking with practical leadership needs.
