Competitor Analysis Tool
This tool helps you systematically compare competitors across key strategic categories. It supports structured competitive assessment by organizing observations, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in one place.
How to Use
Step 1: Add Competitors
Click + Add Competitor to create a new competitor profile.
Enter the competitor’s name and website (required), and market share if available.
Step 2: Complete Each Category
For each competitor, review the categories (e.g., Products & Services, Pricing, Marketing, Strengths & Weaknesses).
Add a brief primary observation (optional).
Click + Add item to enter specific points.
Select the item type (Observation, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat).
Assign a rating (1–5) to indicate significance.
Provide a short description.
Step 3: Generate Summary
Click Generate Summary to view a consolidated competitor report at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Save or Export
Use Save to store your work in this browser and Print to export a PDF.
Tip: Focus on meaningful competitive differences that affect positioning, performance, or strategic risk.
